There’s nothing I love more on a cold winter’s day than a nice, hearty meal. And if I can make in one pot, that’s even better, because it’s fewer dishes to have to clean when I am finished. And then if there are leftovers? It’s perfect for me to take to work for lunch. And this corn chowder made in the slow cooker is so easy to throw together and so tasty. Speaking of leftovers, it is also a great way to use up any extra ham you may have from a holiday meal.
