Whenever I see jigsaw puzzles, I am transported back in time. My parents often had a jigsaw going on our dining room table as a way to help them unwind after a long day of working in their store, our family business. When I was in college, we actually did some on occasion at my friends’ house when we wanted to have a beer and hang out, but take a break from the craziness of the bars and parties. And as an adult, I have enjoyed doing them following family meals at the holidays. I just don’t do them at my house because my cat thinks the pieces are her personal playthings.
